A cute rom-com is Just Go With It. The movie is about a one weekend trip to Hawaii, where a plastic surgeon convinces his loyal assistant to pose as his soon-to-be-divorced wife in order to cover up a careless lie he told to his much younger girlfriend. It’s a funny and cute rom-com to watch.
How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days starring Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson is about an advice columnist, Andie Anderson, who tries to write an article about How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. Her editor, Lana, loves it, and Andie goes off to find a guy to do the experiment on. However, she doesn’t know that this guy (Benjamin Barry) is an advertising executive and ladies’ man who, to win a big campaign, bets that he can make a woman fall in love with him in 10 days. But, they both end up falling for each other.
Director Gil Junger, of the movie 10 Things I Hate About You has made other movies but this one is very popular. Kat Stratford is beautiful, smart, and quite abrasive to most of her fellow teens, meaning that she doesn’t attract many boys. Unfortunately, for her younger sister, Bianca, the house ruler says that she dates until Kat has a boyfriend, so strings are pulled to set the dour damsel up for a romance. Soon Kat crosses paths with a handsome boy named Patrick Veronica. Kat may let her guard down enough to fall for Patrick.
Actors Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore play in a movie called 50 First Dates. The movie is about Playboy vet, Henry, who sets his heart on romancing Lucy, but she has short-term memory loss; she can’t remember anything that happened the day before. So every morning, Henry has to remind her again of what happened. Her friends and family are very protective, and Henry must convince them that he’s in it for love. 50 First Dates is very funny and one of Adam Sandler’s best movies.
To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is a really popular movie for all the girls. Lara Jean, a high school student, writes letters to all the boys she is infatuated with but keeps them in her closet instead of mailing them. Things change when her sister mails the letters. This is a cute romance and it’s adorable how the two characters come together and fall in love.
The 2 stars of The Notebook are Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams. The Notebook is about In the 1940s South Carolina, mill worker Noah, and rich girl Allie are desperately in love with each other. But Allie’s parents don’t approve. When Noah goes off to serve in World War II, it seems to mark the end of their love affair. In the interim, Allie becomes involved with another man. But when Noah returns to their small town years later, on the cusp of Allie’s marriage, it soon becomes clear that their love isn’t over.
All of these movies are so cozy and warm to watch during Valentine’s Day with your partner. It gives you a sense of happiness and sadness through all of these movies.
