During the past two weeks, I went around giving people samples of different cookies that I made. I asked seniors, juniors, sophomores, and freshmen what they thought about the selected flavors: Chocolate Chip, Oreo, S’mores, and Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk. I found out what they did and didn’t like about the cookies in order to help myself and others who might want to get into baking and better their skills in the kitchen.

Tips
- Learn what type of oven you have to avoid messing up your products
- Learn the difference between packing your ingredients and spooning your ingredients
- If you plan on selling cookies, it’s helpful to make them look more appealing to people, for example, how Crumbl Cookie frosts and decorates them
- Learn your customer base and cater to what your customers want. If you plan on selling, but still find your own style of how you want your cookies to look, remember it’s your cookies.
- When you’re browning butter, make sure to always be there watching it, because it burns quickly
S’mores Recipe: In a saucepan, melt the butter, stirring frequently, until slightly browned. Pour the browned butter (every bit!) into a mixing bowl and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely crush Graham crackers. Add sugar to the bowl with brown butter and mix with a spatula. Add egg and vanilla and combine. Add flour, crushed Graham cracker, baking soda, and salt to the butter mixture and combine. Mix in chocolate chips. Divide the dough into 8 balls, place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the marshmallows in half longways. When the cookies are done, press the 2 marshmallow halves into the top of each cookie. Broil on high for about 2 minutes. Top with extra melted chocolate and crushed Graham Crackers. Enjoy!☆

I think you did a great job taking both bad and good opinions without getting angry or upset that someone didn’t like the taste or texture. I also like that you put tips and informative details about the recipes for the people who would want to make them.
